This is a great recipe to use with Guinness Chocolate Stout Cake As frosting or filling. It also work on any cake. Try it on Red Velvet cake, you will never do any other cream cheese again.
1 stick Butter, softened
16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 tablespoon Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 tablespoon Milk
1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
Beat butter and cream cheese together. Add powdered sugar, flavoring, and milk. Beat until smooth.
Frost cake when cool.
