These are a family favorite, my daughter pointed out they are missing from the blog. Blueberry and White Chocolate are an incredible combination.
3 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
2 Cups Flour
A pinch of salt
1/2 Cup to 3/4 Cup Cream or Milk, or Sour Cream diluted with Water*
1 Cup Blueberries, rinsed and stems removed
3/4 Cup White Chocolate Chips
In a bowl add the dry ingredients and mix until blended. Add softened butter and mix until incorporated. Mix in milk until all dry ingredients have been into a thick batter like a drop biscuit. Add in blueberries and white Chocolate mixing by hand.
Drop onto cookie sheets in 1/3 cup divisions. Bake on a 350 degree preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly before serving.
*My daughter has a dairy intolerance, however I have found if I take 2/3 sour cream and 1/3 water and mix it she doesn’t have an issue eating items with this substitution.
