Is all about the meats and additional food items to accent the meat. Cheese, meat, crackers, olives, pickles, nuts and a little sweet make the best spread for any party or just family snacking.
Look for different textures and flavors which accent each other or give you variety.
This is the template I follow when creating a charcuterie spread:
1 Extra Sharp Cheese
1 Goat Cheese
1 Soft Cheese
1 Medium Cheese
1 Pepperoni
1 Salami
1 Pork based like ham
Olives
Pickles
Honey or Jam
Mix and match to make your own signature style.
