Classic Wedge Salad

This is one of the easiest salads to make but it dresses up any meals. It is also a favorite of steakhouses and fancy restaurants.


Serves 4


1 head of Iceberg lettuce

Blue Cheese Crumbles

Blue Cheese Dressing or Ranch Dressing

Bacon Crumbles

Optional 1 Roma Tomato, diced


Wash the head of lettuce and remove the core. Cut the head of lettuce length wise into quarters. Place a quarter on a plate.


Drizzle you favorite Blue Cheese dressing. Sprinkle with Blue Cheese Crumble, Bacon Crumbles, and Tomato. Grind fresh ground pepper.


Serve.


My daughter prefers hers without bacon just Blue Cheese and Tomato.
