I am not sure what cookbook this is out of. My son got the recipe from a friend because he loved them. If you can find the cookbook I will give it credit .
2 1/2 cups Sugar
1 cup Butter, softened
4 eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 1/2 Tablespoons Water
Beat until fluffy .
Add 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 teaspoons Cream of Tartar
6 cups Flour
Mix until completely blended.
Create into tablespoon size balls. Roll in a mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 1/2 ground cinnamon. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 9 -10 minutes.
Cool and eat
