Snickerdoodle dough itself is blah but the magic happens in cooking the dough rolled in cinnamon and sugar.
Snickerdoodles are a special cookie which when done right combine a crispy and chewy texture with a cinnamon and sugar crust.
This recipe is a family recipe which interestingly has whole wheat flour. It gives it the crispy and chewy texture.
