Prime Rib Rub Traeger

Dried Rosemary

Coffee Rub Traeger with Extra Coffee added


Basting Liquid

Knorr's Beef Stock Concentrate

Worchestershire Sauce

Water


180 degrees Super Smoke until internal temperature is 150-160 degrees


Then


Place brisket in roasting pan or aluminum foil wrap. Cover with remaining basting liquid. Cover pan with foil or completely wrap brisket in foil. Place back on smoker at 225 degrees. Cook until internal temperature of 205 is reached. Pull off smoker. Wrap in Butcher Paper and Plastic Wrap and let rest at least 1 hour in and insulated cooler with towels.
