This is an easy fast favorite. The cream cheese pie is also called no bake cheesecake. Unlike other no bake recipes it does not have gelatin. This recipe takes 10 minutes to complete and has 5 simple ingredient.
1 premade Graham Cracker Crust 2 cups Heavy Cream
2 8 oz packages Cream Cheese or Neufchâtel Cheese
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar or more to taste.
1 Teaspoon vanilla

zest of 1 lemon and 1 Tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
Add the heavy cream to a mixture and whip until peaking, creating whipping cream. Add the cream cheese one at a time along with powdered sugar. Whip together adding vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Dump Mixture into a premade Graham Cracker Crust and evenly spread. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour to chill to make it easier to serve. Serve with your choice of toppings such as fresh fruit, pie filling, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, or plain.
The Cream Cheese Pie can be frozen and thawed before serving.
