Fast and flavorful dinner idea; Green Chile Chicken Burritos

Green Chile Chicken Burritos are a fast, easy, flavorful dinner.

The recipe can easily be double to freeze a pan for even easier dinner in the future.

1 large Chicken Breast seasoned, grilled, and cubed

1 box of Cilantro Lime Rice

1 15 oz can of Black Bean, drained and rinsed

1 7 oz can of peeled and diced Green Chiles

1 15 oz can of Green Chile Enchilada sauce

7 to 8 Flour Tortillas

2 cups Medium Cheddar Cheese shredded

Season, grill, and cube a large chicken breast. Place in a bowl along with 1 can of drained and rinsed Black Beans, 1 can of pee, diced Green Chile, cooked Cilantro Lime Rice, 1/2 a can of Green Chile Enchilada sauce. Stir all the ingredients together.

Prepare a casserole dish by placing a enough Green Chile Enchilada sauce in the bottom of the casserole dish to coat it.

On a plate dump about 3/4 cup of Green Chile Enchilada sauce. Place a flour tortilla on the plate coat flour tortilla with green Chile sauce. Place about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture and cheese. Roll the tortilla and place in casserole dish. Continue until all of the mixture is used and the dish is filled.


Pour any additional sauce over the top if you have any. Cover burritos in cheese.


Preheat oven to 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
