Mixed metals holiday

Updated: Nov 8, 2019

My designs have always favored country, lodge, cowboy which I could simplify to “western”. I am a very elementals person. Metals, Rock, Wood, wool, leather, etc... these are all central to my designs. I like my home to reflect us and to be lived in not to look like a magazine. As I look forward to the holiday season I try to think of a theme. My tree is always a work in progress. It is a family tree. It is designed to expand on previous years but change so it is not the same boring old tree. Ialways keeps the family ornaments then the bulbs change or expand colors. The past couple years the tree has been blue and silver. I am ready to mix it up. This year as I thought about the look and colors I wanted, I made the decisions to add copper to my Christmas. This evolved into mixed metals. This way I can use my silver andgold, but add copper, rose gold, platinum and pops of color. So here is a preview to this years holiday decor. I am calling it the Mixed Metals Holiday.
