In the summer when fresh fruit comes on we like to add it to our pancakes. In our house the question is always Red (raspberry), White (plain), Blue (blueberry), or Patriot (raspberry and blueberry) Pancakes. Most people have tried blueberry pancakes, but raspberries bring it to a whole new level. The sugar in the raspberry caramelizes and makes them so yummy.
Top them with powdered sugar, whipped cream, syrup or all three.
