This salad has many names Green Fluff, Pistachio Delight, or Watergate Salad, but everyone makes it a little bit different. Whatever you call it, it is always a hit at family parties.
2 3.4 oz packages of Instant Pistachio Pudding mix.
16 oz Cool Whip (lite)
1 20 oz Can Crushed Pineapple
1 bottle Maraschino Cherries, drained
1 11 oz Can Mandarin Oranges, drained
5 oz Mini Marshmallows (1/2 a bag)
In a bowl add the cool whip, crushed pineapple with juice (do not drain), and pistachio pudding mix. Stir until the pudding is mixed evenly. Add the cherries, oranges, and mini marshmallows. Fold in to incorporate evenly through out.
Let sit for 2 hours in refrigerator before serving.
Serve cold.
