Red Ranch Potatoes

An easy side dish which adds flavor to any meals. Kids love these along with adult, which doesn’t happen very often.

5 Large red potatoes or a bag of baby reds

2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

1 Ranch packet (either the dip or dressing) Dip just gives you more concentrated flavor.

1 gallon zip storage bag

Wash and cube the potatoes leaving the skin on. Place in the storage bag. Pour 2 Tablespoons of Vegetable oil over the potatoes. Seal the bag and shake until coated. Unseal bag and dump in the Ranch seasoning packet. Seal the bag again and shake until coated.

Dump onto a foiled pan, which has had the foil sprayed with cooking spray. Make sure the potatoes are in a single layer.

Bake at 400 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes until browned. Serve hot.
