This is a wonderful way to make your corned beef stand out and it doesn't require you to cook all day. Win-Win.
1 package corned beef
Remove from package and rinse. Trim any silver skin which may still be on brisket. Rub with packet which is included in the package of corned beef. Super smoke for 2 hours 225 degrees.
Remove from smoker and place in prepared instapot.
1 bottle of Guiness Stout
2 1/2 cups Water
1 1/2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
Smoked Brisket
Dip and rub Brisket in fluid and then place on rack to keep from direct contact with the bottom of instapot.
Set instapot to Meat/Stew for 90 minutes. Make sure valve is on sealing. Once complete quick release and remove brisket and rack. Cover and let rest while cooking vege.
In the liquid Cook veggies for 4 minutes on high pressure. Quick release and serve with Soda Bread.
