Smoked Quiche


Start by making a pie shell and baking at 400 degrees for 10 minutes With pie weights. https://www.wildflowersandcastiron.com/post/flaky-delicate-delicious-pie-crust


1 bunch of green onions chopped with the greens and sautéed

8 White Button mushrooms sliced and sautéed apricot 1 uncooked cup

5 Eggs

3/4 cups Heavy Cream

3/4 cups Milk

1/4 lb of Irish Cheddar or Swiss Cheese shredded

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic

2 Tablespoons Flour

2 cups diced ham


In a bowl whisk the eggs, cream, and milk together. Add the salt, black pepper, flour and garlic powder whisk until evenly distribute. Stir in onions, cheese, mushroom, and ham.


Dump into the pre-baked pie crust. Pre-Heat smoker to 350 degrees cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes increase temperature to 400 degrees and cook for an additional 30 minutes.


Remove from oven and serve hot.
