It is always fun doing a St. Patrick’s Day treats whether it is for your kids, a class, work, or a surprise treat. I created these treat bags for a work surprise. They were simple to put together and came out adorable.
Supplies
Green Ribbon or string
Gift bags (clear or with white polka dot design)
Boxes of Skittles
Hersey Nuggets with gold wrappers (could substitute gold coin candy)
Black caldron from dollar or craft store (optional)
Place the skittles in the bag. Add the nuggets to the caldron and place in front of the skittles. Add additional nuggets. Tie the top with string.
Have fun! Happy St. Patrick’s Day.
Add Tags or poster that says an Irish proverb such as “a great friend is like a four leaf clover hard to find and lucky to have. You are the pot of gold at the end of my rainbow. May you have all the happiness and luck that life can hold—and at the end of your rainbows may you find a pot of gold.
