The outside world is good for the inside of me.

I have found that the more if feel like sitting around binge watching TV or when I am to tired to do anything at all, when I am having health issues. My brain and body are telling me something is wrong. When I am active at night or on the weekend, cooking, gardening, crafting, photographing then I know I am doing well. I have found the rhythm of my body. Listen to your body and find out your rhythm. If something is out of place please seek help.


Go to your check ups, but remember you are your own best advocate. If you don't feel like your being heard speak up, switch doctors, and take care of yourself. Because life is about you! All the outdoor photography that will be posted is from my walk in the outside world usually close to home. I take time to look around me and find the quiet. Often times I get so wrapped up in work, kids, etc that I forget to slow my mind and take a minute for me. Looking at nature and taking pictures is my meditation. Take time to find out what makes you happy and find your mediation.
