To top it all off with; Cinnamon Roll Frosting and Glaze

Here are multiple frosting and glazes to top your cinnamon rolls. Multiple choices depending on your mood.


Flexible Frosting- it can be frosting or glaze.


Cream Cheese Frosting

2 oz cream cheese

2 Tablespoons Butter, softened

Cream together

Add

2 cups Powdered Sugar

2 teaspoons Vanilla

2 to 4 Tablespoons Milk depending on how thick you want it.

Mix it together and frost cinnamon rolls.

Vanilla Glaze


1 Tablespoon Butter, softened

1 Cup Powdered Sugar

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 Tablespoon Water


Stir the powdered sugar and vanilla into the butter to make a paste. Once the paste comes together add the water and finish stirring to complete glaze. Spread or drizzle glaze upon cinnamon rolls.

Boiled Glaze


1 1/2 Cups Sugar

1 Cup Sour Cream

1 Cup Butter

2 Tablespoons Milk

1 Teaspoon Vanilla


Combine all ingredients except Vanilla in a pot and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minute. Remove from heat add Vanilla, stir, and pour over hot rolls.

Cook glaze between 5 - 10 minutes before the rolls are finished. The glaze needs to be poured on hot over hot rolls.


Maple Glaze


1 Tablespoon Butter, softened

1 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup


Stir the powdered sugar into the butter to make a paste. Once the paste comes together add the maple syrup and finish stirring to complete glaze. Spread or drizzle glaze upon cinnamon rolls.


The flavoring of Vanilla in the above recipes can be swapped for almond extract, orange, lemon, amaretto, kaluha, etc to change the flavors to fit your taste.
